Článek 7 EPBD – průkazy energetické náročnosti budov

This publication reviews the requirements of the EPBD article 7 and how it might be implemented in the Czech Republic. The review is conducted in two phases: 1. Consideration of the text in article 7 and what decisions have to be made in preparing legislation and regulations. 2. Appraisal of the current primary legislation and some decrees and standards, to check whether there is any conflict with article 7 and how such conflicts could be resolved.
