Elithis Tower: an office building with very low energy consumption
Based in Dijon (Burgundy, France), the new Elithis Tower is a 5000 m² office building (10 floors) inaugurated in April 2009. The primary energy consumption is intended to be lower than 21 kWh/m².year. The 560 m² integrated photovoltaic cells (82 kW peak) shall produce 82 000 kWh/year.
