This report from the French programme "Règles de l'Art Grenelle Environnement 2012" gives the conclusions of a survey operated on 211 recent low energy buildings in France (73% new, 27% renovated - 73% residential, 27% non residential) in order to identify the mistakes that have been made during their construction and the risks of quality defects for future low energy buildings.
