Heizkosten im Passivhaus - Warmmiete oder Flatrate-Modell
There is a growing demand for passive buildings, including multi-dwellings buildings. Since the final energy consumption for heating and domestic hot water in passive buildings is minimal, sharing the heating bill between dwellings could maybe not rely on the measurement of the heating and domestic hot water used. Two models were investigated, one based on the actual consumption and the other on flate rate consumptions.
