Stimulating innovation with EPBD - Key points of attention to Member States
European countries deal with innovations in the context of the European Performance of Building Directive (EPBD) in different ways. These different frameworks cannot be seen separately from other national procedures and systems. All of these systems have their advantages and disadvantages. And although the balance between the pros and cons depends on the national context, countries can learn from each other. Therefore, this Information Paper identifies some key points of attention on this topic.
