Intercomparison of requirement levels in Member States - Comparison between minimum requirements for different climates

As part of the development of the comparison method on energy performance (EP) requirement levels among Europe that was operated within the European Project ASIEPI, first development steps have been taken to incorporate a climate severity index in the method. This report describes these first steps.
