This tool has been developed to assist the evaluation of the carbon savings that could be achieved from the implementation of a communal heating system. The spreadsheet is intended to cover the majority of the types of schemes that could be proposed, but there may still be a need to undertake specific calculations for complex scenarios (for example a scheme that involves both existing and new build property).
