Heat balance optimisation of buildings and active solar potential with real-time feedback. Although several heat balance calculation software do exist, EnerCAD has a very specific approach: it is designed by a multidisciplinary team of architects, physicists and engineers having in mind, as the principal aim, that the energy approach must be part of the whole building design process and not only a final and compulsory calculation. In parallel underlying building physics are made comprehensible to the architect and building designer.
