Study for the development of European Ecolabel criteria for buildings - Second background report

This study is part of the EU initiative to create an Ecolabel for buildings. Main purpose is to identify the validity of most relevant environmental criteria for the development of the Ecolabel, in terms of environmental efficiency and feasibility. The energy aspect is considered reffering to the Directive 2002/91/EC.
