The newsletter is presented in a full version and in a short version, an e-newsletter. The e-newsletter contains short summaries of articles and news and the e-newsletter can easily be handed out and distributed to a large audience. Determined energy saving and energy efficiency measures can achieve savings of 37 terawatt hours in final energy consumption by 2020. This can be achieved through 125 measures that the Energy Efficiency Committee, established by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, submitted to Mauri Pekkarinen, Minister of Economic Affairs, on 9 June 2009. Proposals in the Committee report cover all sectors of society, from trade and industry to private consumption. In many studies, prevalence of sick building syndrome symptoms has also been associated with characteristics of HVAC systems. The evidence suggests that better hygiene, commissioning, operation and maintenance of air handling systems may be important for reducing the negative effects of HVAC systems.
