This report, produced by the Energy Department’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, documents the accelerated deployment of five clean energy technologies thriving in the U.S. market – wind turbines, solar technologies for both utility-scale and distributed photovoltaic (PV), electric vehicles (EVs) and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The document builds upon previous reports and describes the decreasing cost and increasing deployment of all five technologies in the United States since 2008.
