This document (June 2013) shows the status of the implementation of the EPBD in Montenegro. It was presented during an Energy Efficiency Coordination Meeting of the Energy Community in Vienna (June 2013). It shows how the requirements of the EPBD (calculation methodology, energy performance requirements, energy performance certificates, inspection of heating and air-conditioning systems, ...) have been or will be implemented.

As a scientist at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology's Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (ITAS), Stelzer is responsible for developing recommendations for construction professionals from the many individual CONCERTO project experiences in the CONCERTO Premium meta-project.
