Oslo and Heidelberg join 23 other cities committed to C40’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Declaration.
On 17th September in London (UK), The Governing Mayor of Oslo, Raymond Johansen, and Lord Mayor of Heidelberg Eckart Würzner, committed to significantly cut greenhouse gas emissions from their cities by ensuring that new buildings operate at net zero carbon by 2030.

This Norwegian demonstration building is a two-floor building with eight small dwellings in total, located at Haugerud in the city of Oslo. Haugerud is a suburb in the east of Oslo with housing developments and houses built around the metro station. This renovation is part of a Horizon 2020 project 4RinEU.
