The engagement of stakeholders during the development process of the iBRoad project is considered of high value since the beginning. Following the stakeholders’ mapping procedure, a process that included the identification, the analysis, the visualisation and the prioritisation steps for each stakeholder, namely the levels of expertise, influence, involvement necessity and interest to the project, the first round of physical meetings took place during February and March 2018 in 8 countries.

The iBRoad project video has been completed with shots in Berlin and Athens, describing what is the building logbook (iBroad-Log) and the individual building renovation roadmap (iBRoad-Plan), and how they will enable a building’s deep renovation.
The video answers relevant questions by interviewing some of the key experts from the iBRoad consortium.
There is both a short (3’34’’) and a long (14’12”) version of the video available with subtitles in 10 languages (Εnglish, Greek, French, German, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Romanian).

ENERFUND is a tool that rates and scores deep renovation opportunities.
The tool is based on a set of parameters such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), number of certified installers, governmental schemes running, etc.

ENEA, jointly with the Construction Technologies Institute of the CNR, has made available the new version of DOCET, a simplified software tool for the certification of existing residential buildings, targeted at technicians and operators of the building sector. The software, to be used for buildings up to 200 m2 without major renovations, can draft the energy performance certificate (APE), which assesses the energy efficiency and energy class of a building and includes recommendations on how to best improve the energy efficiency of the property.

ENERHAT (Energy Housing Assessment Tool) is an application that enables tenants, owners and real estate agents to obtain information on energy labels and the state of conservation of residential buildings, to compare the energy efficiency of the dwellings with similar buildings, to assess the investment needed to carry out improvements and finally to apply for subsidies to undertake the reform.

ENERPAT (Energy Planning Assessment Tool), is an application that enables professionals in the building sector (architects, urban planners, builders, technicians and municipal managers) to assess the state of the residential building stock and define rehabilitation strategies to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings.

The Report "Understanding user needs" is an analytic report based on a survey of 1500+ participants from Bulgaria, Poland and Portugal.
