Funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme, the QualitEE project aims to increase investment in energy efficiency services in the building sector within the EU and improve trust in service providers. This will be achieved by developing quality assessment criteria and implementing quality assurance schemes. QualitEE builds upon the Transparense project, which established the European Code of Conduct for Energy Performance Contracting in 2014.

Energy performance contracts in the public sector offer a practical solution to make public buildings and other public infrastructures more energy efficient, as the initial investment can be covered by a private partner and repaid by guaranteed energy savings. However, frequently this type of contract simultaneously contains elements of a rental, service, lease, purchase or loan agreement, making its recording complex.

Optimizacija i simulacija energetske učinkovitosti zgrada za urbane održivosti
Projekt MOEEBIUS odgovor na "horizontu 2020" -Еэб-2015 poziv na temu: novi alati i metodologije kako bi se premostio jaz između predvidivim i stvarnim energetskih karakteristika na razini zgrada i stambenih zgrada.
Projekt konzorcij su uključeni 15 partnera, predstavljaju znanstveno-istraživačkih institucija, energy service tvrtke, MALA i srednja poduzeća, sveučilišta, državnih organa iz 10 zemalja.
