This document is an Annex to the MaTrID ID Process Guide. Starting from the overall description of the elements and processes that are constitutive for Integrated Design (ID) this document specifies:

The aim of this document is to discuss ideas on how to implement or enhance Integrated Design (ID) in a number of European countries. If policy framework that support ID exists, they are described. If they do not exist, the possibilities to implement ID in relevant policy frameworks are proposed and discussed. For the first step, we have collected ideas about supporting framework conditions for the integration of ID and such instruments are identified (goal).

The final version of the Integrated Design Process Guidelines have been published in German and are available on the website of the MaTrID Project.   These guidelines aim at providing a clear step-by-step explanation about implementing an Integrated Design (ID) process by reducing the complexity of the design process and facilitating the interactions between the members of the design team.
