Designed and built to generate all of its own energy while treating and reusing all water captured on-site, the first facility in the world to meet four of the world’s highest green construction standards- now adds the distinctive BREEAM Outstanding In-Use rating to its resume.

Cooling accounts for 10% of global electricity consumption and demand is expected to triple by 2050. Given this context, innovative technical and financial solutions are required to ensure that cleaner and more efficient cooling solutions are adopted. Cooling as a Service (CaaS) is an innovative financial instrument to overcome key market barriers to clean and efficient cooling, without upfront investment, with integrated financial tools to recapitalise technology providers.
