with regard to extraordinary government measures imposed due to the global pandemic SARS-CoV-2, and related restrictive measures, which currently do not allow mass events, including trade fairs, we are forced to cancel the spring concurrence of trade fairs FOR PASSIVE, FOR WOOD, FOR THERM, FOR INTERIOR spring, FOR GARDEN and DESIGN SHAKER planned for 15 – 18 April 2021.
We will return to the canceled trade fairs next year, at the following dates:
- FOR PASIV, FOR WOOD and FOR THERM: 10 – 12 February 2022
- FOR INTERIOR spring, FOR GARDEN and DESIGN SHAKER: 31 March – 3 April 2022

FOR PASIV, FOR WOOD and FOR THERM 2020 at PVA EXPO PRAGUE
The set of the fairs FOR PASIV, FOR WOOD and FOR THERM trade fairs attracted an extraordinarily large number of visitors.
Almost 26 000 people came to Prague to find current trends of the branche of Trade Fair for Low-energy, Passive and Zero-energy Buildings and Heating. The trio of fairs was complemented by the Roofs of Prague (STŘECHY PRAHA) event.
The first day of the fair was opened by the Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček and the Minister of the Environment Richard Brabec.
The 9th FOR PASIV trade fair for low-energy, passive and zero-energy buildings, an event held under the auspices of the prestigious institutions in the country, will again present leading companies of the passive building sector. The trade fair will be promoted in the media through a massive advertisement campaign.
FOR PASIV is intended for all professionals and specialists in the sector, as well as for anyone who is interested in low-energy, passive and zero-energy buildings, be it young perspective people who are thinking about ways to make their new house less energy-demanding, or anyone who is planning a reconstruction of hir or her current dwelling.
FOR PASIV - Specialized professional Trade Fair mainly focused on contracting meetings with Czech and foreign exhibitors, producers and traders. In terms of presentation, the exhibition is open to any company engaged in project engineering, budgeting, construction and reconstruction services, supply of building materials, provision of technical building services, diagnostics, auditing, financing or consulting services.
The event will be held together simultaneously with the FOR WOOD trade fair, which focuses on wooden buildings, wooden materials, wooden products, processing technologies, etc., and with the FOR THERM trade fair.
FOR THERM is trade fair focused on stoves, fireplaces and boilers, oriented on end customers. Exhibitors as well as specialists and experts will be ready to give advice and to answer all questions concerning heating and low-energy housing.
Within accompanying program, you can enjoy lectures on current topics. Visitors might discuss a right choice of suitable heating source as professional associations are willing to help them at the FOR THERM 2021 trade fair in Prague.
This set of co-located trade fairs will offfer a comprehensive exhibition of a wide range of solutions within the passive building sector.
