ABRACADABRA 7th National Meeting

Which are the bankability opportunities for AdoRES?
How to handle the lengthy Return of Investments of Deep renovation?
Are urban legislations a stumbling block for renovation strategies?
What are the financial benefits of a Deep renovation strategy based on AdoRES?

ABRACADABRA is a coordination and support action that has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 696126.

ABRACADABRA aims at demonstrating a new renovation strategy based on ADORES (Assistant buildings’ addition and Renewable Energy Sources), which are sets of Assistants buildings units that adopt the existing buildings (the so called Assisted Buildings) and can therefore reduce the investment gap of Deep renovation caused by:

  • an excessively high degree of risk,
  • long payback times,
  • the general “invisibility of the energy benefit”.
