It’s no secret that Passive House is considered to be the most rigorous voluntary energy-based standard in the design and construction industry today.

Listen to industry experts discuss how they have successfully designed and built Passive House buildings? Now you can.

Join our free, Building Conversations webinars series hosted weekly by our CEO, Chris Ballard. Each week, Chris will interview experts from the Passive House community as they share their stories of what they have learned from their experiences.

We will then open the discussion for you to ask Chris and his guest any questions related to the topic.

Time's Up. Our Future Depends on Zero.

"Our collective impact on our planet’s health and future wellbeing is devastating. We are almost out of time. We know we must act. But where do we start? How do we drive the demand for zero-emissions homes and buildings?"

Join Aaron Smith, CEO of the Energy and Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA) and Chris Ballard for a candid discussion on about EEBA's involvement in “Team Zero” - a US initiative to get residential buildings to zero emissions and how it applies to everyone across the globe including here in Canada.

Aaron has over 25 years experience in home construction, building products, sustainability and non-profit board leadership. He has worked for companies including Kohler, Uponor and ASSA ABLOY as well as startups in Silicon Valley and his own building and remodeling company.

Aaron previously served on non-profit Boards for Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, Health Product Declaration Collaborative (HPDC), CT Sustainable Business Council, and co-founded the CT Collaborative – Living Building Challenge.

The Energy and Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA) represents a community of over 50,000 builders and their stakeholders across North America that are truly the early adopters and innovators in driving sustainable transformation of the home building industry.
