CESB16 will be the fourth conference in a row to be held in Prague on the actual topic of sustainable building. The Central Europe towards Sustainable Building Prague 2016 (CESB16) event is a part of the 2016 international Sustainable Built Environment conference series convened under auspices of the four international organizations: iiSBE, CIB, UNEP-SBCI and FIDIC.
The local organizers are the Czech Sustainable Building Society (iiSBE Czech) and three departments/institutions of the Czech Technical University in Prague: Faculty of Civil Engineering, Klokner Institute and the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB).
The CESB conference will span over a full three days - 22-24 June 2014. The conference opening will start on 22 June at 9:00 and the conference closing is expected on the 24 June, 16:00 at latest. The conference will be hosted by the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering. The conference venue is located on the university campus in Prague. The metro station stop is10 minutes to the Prague center, the main train stations are within a 20 minute range by Metro) and the nearby Prague Airport only takes 30 minutes by bus.
The city of Prague will once again provide us with a beautiful setting to meet and discuss the next challenges and opportunities of sustainable building.
