Join WorldGBC at 'Delivering net zero carbon buildings for all' leaders' summit

On 3-4 December in Brussels, 150 senior public and private sector leaders from across Europe are convening at an inspiring and practical summit focused on 'Delivering net zero carbon buildings for all'. For Europe, delivering a new Green Deal for its citizens will mean cities and companies putting net zero carbon buildings and massive building renovation programmes at their heart of their climate action plans. The event promises to be the networking event of the year for low carbon building leaders, with speakers from ING, Redevco, Lidl, the City of Helsinki, Skanska, E.ON, Government of Croatia, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Municipality of Padova and many more. A panel of companies who are committing to net zero carbon will detail the plans they have in place to bring their businesses and buildings in line with the Paris Agreement.

12:00-13:00      BUILD UPON2: Focusing on local impacts and solutions for renovation 

Experts from BUILD UPON’s Advisory Board will present key aspects of the renovation strategy challenge. This session will outline how the project will provide Covenant of Mayors cities with a structured framework to track the climate and socio-economic impacts of their building renovation programmes and connect with impactful solutions.
