10:30 – 11:15 – Parallel sessions I – Presentation of tools
During parallel session different tools supporting energy efficiency management will be presented together with the cases were tools were tested will be presented. Session 1:A Energy Performance Contracting.
This session is dedicated to EPC. We will start with Liv R. Lindseth (EPC market expert) who will present to us the new implementation model and start-up tools for EPC that were developed within the project.
Then Marte P. Vadem, (EPC Facilitator) will speak about EPC in Aurskog-Høland municipality focusing especially on starting up EPC and planning for partnership in phase 1.
The last part of the session we would like to dedicate to Q&A – questions from participants and discussions on how to disseminate the newly developed tools.
Session 1:B Prosumerism. This session is dedicated for prosumerism tool and will be moderated by energy auditor Jānis Ikaunieks. Jānis will start with the overview of the tools and cases developed in the project.
Afterwards there will be a video material which will explain the Prosumer tool in detail. Agris Kamenders (project expert) will continue with the detailed results from the project case with actual investments installing solar PV in Gulbene municipality.
Finally Q & A / discussions, how to use & promote & disseminate prosumerism tool as excellent option to convince implementation of energy efficiency investments and how it can be combined with other tools in the toolbox.
Session 1:C Funding. During this session we will focus on good practices when applying for funding of EE investments. We will also talk about various funding models that can be applied to EE projects.
The session will be followed by Q&A – questions from participants and discussions on what we could recommend to EU to improve the existing EE funding schemes.
Session 1:D Financial calculations. This session is dedicated for financial calculation tool and will be moderated by Tanja Nyholm.
Session will consist of basic principles of financial calculation methods and tool including a presentation of successful usage of tool.
Finally Q & A / discussions, how to use & promote & disseminate financial calculation tool as excellent option to convince implementation of energy efficiency investments and how it can be combined with other tools in the toolbox.

12:00 – 12:45 – Parallel sessions II – Presentation of tools
During parallel session different tools supporting energy efficiency management will be presented together with the cases were tools were tested will be presented.
Session 2:A Multi Service Contracting. Welcome to the presentation of Multi Service Contracting. Project Partner Martin Dam Wied will inform about Multi Service Contracting and the findings that the project have obtained.
In this project we have developed the tool Multi Service Contracting. Listen to Rasmus Bahr Lund from Danish Energy Management who will talk about the case from Egedal Municipality and about how they have used the tool.
Session 2:B Green Lease Contracting. Welcome to the presentation of Green lease contracting. Project Partner Benny Magnusson will inform about green lease contracts and the findings that the project have obtained.
In this project we have implemented the contract in public building to see both benefits and challenges that can occur.
Listen to Olle Wiking and Jacob Lindquist from two different municipality’s present there cases, experience from the project and what they have learned. Also Jānis Ikaunieks will present GLC in Latvia.
Session 2:C Bundling. This session is dedicated for bundling tool and will be moderated by Matti Pylkkö. Session will consist of basic principles of bundling, TCM and TotalTool including review of EFFECT4buildings appropriate case.
Existing youtube video(s) will be reviewed. Finally Q & A / discussions, how to use & promote & disseminate bundling as excellent option to convince implementation of energy efficiency investments and how it can be combined with other tools in the toolbox.
Session 2:D Convincing decision makers. Presentation conducted by Bartłomiej Świderek of Globenergia will provide conference's participants with a picture of a campaign addressed to companies and institutions that manage buildings in Poland.
Useful and informative tools such as a comprehensive guidebook, leaflets and movies will be described as those factors which were and are used as simple but understandable means to speak of energy efficiency.
12:45 – 13:10 – Plenary session III – Future of EE. Presentation of policy recommendation from the EFFECT4buildings project – Bartłomiej Ciapała, Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection, AGH Univeristy of Science and Technology
13:10 – 14.00 Panel discussion I. EE from different perspectives: needs, expectations, challenges, comments on policy recommendation, funding & convincing decision makers
The panel will be moderated by Ilkka Räsänen Enviromental Director, city of Lappeenranta. The guests of our panel discussion will be:

A group of technology solution providers will present their solutions to share knowledge an experiences of energy efficiency solutions.
The session will be moderated by Ragmar Saksing Greentech Sector Manager from Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol. The guests during the session will be the following companies:
