This Webinar, organised by the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE) and in collaboration with the BUILD UP team, is focused on teaching you all about Level(s), the new EU tool that provides a common EU approach to the assessment of environmental performance in the built environment.   The audience is aimed specifically at architects and all professionals in the building environment, who are interested in sustainable construction. There will be an explanation on how you can participate in future testing of Level(s).

This report provides the world's largest database of commissioning case studies for new and existing buildings. It represents a major update and expansion of a study initially published in 2004, with roughly three-times as many projects. We gathered and analysed data on 643 buildings, representing 99 million square feet of floor space from 26 states. The database incorporates the work of 37 commissioning providers.

The Horizon 2020 funded project Net-UBIEP (Network for Using BIM to Increase the Energy Buildings Performance) aims at increasing energy performance of buildings by wide spreading and strengthening the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), during the life cycle of the building. The use of BIM will allow to simulate the energy performance of the building using different materials and components, both to be used in the building design and/or in building design refurbishment.

  Building Energy Efficiency for Massive market UPtake     BEEM-UP was a Public Private Partnership collaborative project that aimed to demonstrate the economic, social and technical feasibility of retrofitting initiatives for drastically reducing the energy demand in existing residential buildings, and lay the ground for massive market uptake of such initiatives.
