The H2020 project CRAVEzero aims to increase the viability of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings through solutions and tools for supporting the cost reduction during the whole life cycle of the buildings.

The iBRoad project has made available an open-source programme for the techno-economic assessment of renovation measures and alternative renovation pathways of a building. The programme, written in the programming language Python, provides a simplified standardised energy demand model to assess useful, final and primary energy demand of residential houses.

Looking at a city’s Google Maps data, in combination with other data, a new tool from Google can estimate the carbon footprint of all of its buildings–and the carbon footprint of all the car trips, bus and subway rides, and other transportation used by the people living there.

The EnergySavingCheck 3.0 is a calculation tool developed to estimate a household’s energy and water consumption and savings. It was first introduced by Caritasverband Frankfurt e.V, Germany for the EU-funded project ACHIEVE and it is based on the calculation tool of the Cariteam Energiesparservice. Later, it was appropriately adjusted by the Energy Agency of Plovdiv, Bulgaria and the Focus Association for Sustainable Development, Slovenia for the needs and purposes of the REACH project, another EU-funded project.

La ventilation influence le calcul du niveau E dans les réglementations régionales sur la performance énergétique des bâtiments (PEB). La présente Infofiche examine les possibilités de diminution de ce niveau, tant pour le résidentiel que pour le non-résidentiel. Elle s'adresse au responsable du calcul PEB et à l'auteur de projet, mais également aux entrepreneurs concernés par la ventilation afin de les aider à convaincre sur le choix de solutions énergétiquement efficaces.
