These projects were selected from a total of 478 evaluated proposals and confirm that Horizon 2020 responds to the needs of all energy actors, acting as a driver towards a more sustainable energy future.

Announced by the French President within his Sustainable Housing Plan in March 2013, the “one-stop-shop” for housing energy renovation was launched in September 2013. This scheme will help to increase the number of housing energy renovations in France, from 150,000 per year in 2012 to a target of 500,000 in 2017.
