The building has been nominated for the BREEAM Energy award 2020 and it is a very ambitious construction in the city centre of Warsaw. The location was originally occupied by a block of flats of 10 floors built in 1960, that was demolished in 2017, in order to enable the construction of the new complex, more in line with the new needs of the Warsaw’s office market.

Alnatura Working Environment is in the city of Darmstadt in Germany, and has been designed by Haas Cook Zemmrich STUDIO2050. This building is an example of new construction realized with a people-centric and sustainable design approach.   The building is the working place of 500 employees on three floors with a floor area of approximately 10,000 m2.

The renovation of the residential complex of Via Brescia is one of the interventions developed within the FP7 Smart City project SINFONIA.   The building is divided in 5 staircases with 7 floors and 21 apartments each, with an overall surface of around 32,000 m3 and it is managed by IPES-WOBI, the social housing Institute of the Province of Bolzano.
