The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 (the EPB Regulations) are the Regulations which deal with the duties to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) when buildings are constructed sold or rented out, the display of certificates (DECs) in certain public buildings and regular inspections of air conditioning systems.

The "Train the Trainers" project intends to train representatives/decision-makers from a minimum of 1,100 Chinese Construction and construction-related SMEs in eastern China so as to increase energy efficiency and reduce pollution in the building sector.
It is part of the SWITCH-Asia programme, that was established by the European Commission to foster economic prosperity and decrease poverty in Asia by encouraging a switch in the production and consumption patterns of industries and consumers.
