Since COP21 in Paris in 2015, the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GABC) has been working for efficient, resilient and zero-emission buildings. France being an important member, ADEME immediately turned its attention to tropical countries (especially East Asia), which have experienced the highest demographic and economic growth rates in the world for several decades.


It is in these countries where there was the greatest need to change the construction method.
