The Australian Government’s Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency have recently issued a tender seeking contractors to undertake comprehensive in-home energy monitoring and analysis of energy consumption within homes across Australia. The tender seeks contractors to: - Plan and undertake physical measurement of energy consumption in space heating and cooling, hot water and lighting in a number of houses within two Australian climate zones; - Collate, clean, and analyse resulting data to produce accurate projections of house-hold energy use and lessons learnt in undertaking the project.
