The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) are inviting experts in the building construction value chain to take part in a survey and give their views on using circular economy principles in the design of buildings.
The results will contribute to defining circular economy policies that could be implemented as part of the EU’s Circular Economy Action Plan.
We seek a wide range of views, from builders and property investors to architects, planners and public authorities. In particular, we would like your say on issues such as financing, design, regulations, and construction product information in relation to the circular economy.
Together with industry representatives, the European Commission developed the circular economy principles for building design earlier this year. The survey is part of a study exploring policy options and follows these principles.
See the survey and give your feedback here.
You have until January 2021 to contribute.
