This home was for built a family of five by the architect Catherine PERRIN LABEUR and the objective was to meet the criteria defined by the Passivhaus standard. For its construction, it was imperative to use materials available in the region as well as the expertise of local businesses. The terrain is steep and from the upper floor on the eastern façade there is a clear view of the Rhone valley.  The project includes a large living area located in the upper level along with the master bedroom and bathroom.
