EASME: Financing Energy Efficiency - Brussels SEI Forum proceedings

The European Commission, as part of the "Smart Finance for Smart Buildings" initiative, is organising a series of “Sustainable Energy Investment Forums” (SEI Forums) aiming to enhance the capacity of and co-operation between public and private stakeholders to develop large-scale investment programmes and financing schemes. These Forums will consist of more than 30 events in up to 15 Member States in 2016-2019.


This publication presents the proceedings of the SEI Forum held in Brussels on March 30, 2017. In this workshop a landscape of ongoing initiatives at the local, national and European level, which are demonstrating that energy efficiency can be financed at a large scale through the mobilisation of private financing were presented.
