ICP Energy Performance Protocol - Annex A: Index of National Resources

Share this Post:

The Investor Confidence Project (ICP) Europe has completed the first collection of the best practices and standards used on building energy renovation projects across Europe. This data can be used on any building energy renovation project in the 28 European Union countries, Moldova, Norway, Switzerland and all three regions of Belgium.

The document summarises information gathered to date by country on national standards, guidance documents or sources of information which can be used to support in-country ICP projects. These resources may be used as supplementary resources to the European or international standards where identified in the protocols. This document  should be read in conjunction with the ICP Europe protocols, along with the Project Development Specifications document which compiles all relevant information for system application.

The research for this document lasted a whole year, since this was the first time this kind of data collection has ever been done.  ICP contacted many government and industry groups before embarking on this task and every entity stated that this would be useful but doesn’t exist.
