The Campus Humanitas University is a new international university of medicine, located near the renowned Humanitas Research Hospital Hospital in Rozzano, near Milan.   The project involves the creation of a new university infrastructure serving about 1000 students. The campus, surrounded by a large park, takes full advantage of its location through a masterplan based on pedestrian paths, offering a harmonious relationship with the surrounding green, with no natural continuity solutions.

In its report to the UK Parliament in June 2018, the Committee on Climate Change concluded that the very good progress made in emissions reductions in the power sector significantly masked failures in other energy sector areas, particularly heating and cooling. 75% of the reductions have come from the power sector resulting in a 43% drop compared with 1990 levels.

Imagine a straw and wood factory that houses steel activities. Imagine a building that is frugal in its own energy demand, but with machines that consume a lot of energy. Imagine a building that is nevertheless positive energy. This is the AEREM factory, designed by Seuil Architecture in Pujaudran near Toulouse after a participatory process. The cooperators of SCOP AEREM have thus implemented in the design process of their building, the functioning that is their daily life.
