The International Union of Property Owners (Union Internationale de la Propriété Immobilière, UIPI-ASBL), is the only international organization representing worldwide the interests of real estate property owners since 1923. Members of UIPI are the national non-profit associations  of  small and medium real estate property, buildings and house owners and the private rented sector (both commercial and residential) of 25 European countries. UIPI  addresses problems such as housing and rentals, taxation, energy savings  in  buildings, property restitution and the defense of  Property Rights as internationally recognized Human Rights.
