CITIES HEADING TOWARDS 100% RENEWABLE ENERGY by controlling their consumption - FOOD FOR THOUGHT AND ACTION

 

The aim of this report is to provide guidance, solutions and a pathway to 100% renewable energy cities. The first part presents five selected European best cases (Barcelona, Frankfurt, Frederikshavn, Geneva and Malmo) that developed a coherent energy system based on energy efficiency and optimum use of renewable and interconnected energy. The second part is composed of five theme-specific factsheets illustrating the path towards 100% renewable energy with French examples of completed and on-going projects.
