Residents of Passive House buildings will open their doors to visitors during this annual open days event. They invite them to experience the high levels of comfort and energy efficiency for themselves.   Feel the Passive House! This year the International Passive House Open Days will take place from 9th to 11th November.

  The renovation of the THEODORE building is in line with the desire of AG Real Estate to participate in the enhancement of urban heritage.   This building of 3500 m2, inscribed in a remarkable architectural ensemble which includes the church of the Trinity, was designed in 1864 by the architect Théodore Ballu. It is in his memory that AG Real Estate has named his project THEODORE.

IMPULSE introduces an integrated support system concerning energy upgrading projects for Public Buildings.   The Project is coordinated by the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES) and is implemented in the context of the European Programme Interreg MED 2014-2020 with the co-funding of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). In Greece, the Project’s pilot implementation is realised by the Municipality of Heraklion through the Department of European Programmes, while the Regional Development Fund of Crete (RDFC) is an associated partner.

Based on the survey’s evaluation, STUNNING will provide insights on the processes that need to take place for the alleviation of the most common obstacles and market failures.

PV-Prosumers4Grid (PVP4Grid) is an EU-funded project involving 12 partners from various European countries, beginning in October 2017 and running until March 2020. The main objective of PVP4Grid is to increase the market share and market value of PV by enabling consumers to become PV prosumers in a system-friendly manner. PVP4Grid aims at a better power system integration of PV with a focus on market integration.

  Ventilative cooling reduces overheating, improves summer comfort and decreases cooling loads. It is therefore one of the most efficient ways to improve summer comfort. Conditions on site, thermal inertia, solar control and other constraints have an impact on the choice of the system and its design. The overall performance is linked to good sizing, design, correct usage of thermal storage, and last but not least a correct control, commissioning and maintenance.
