This publication presents EIB Investment Survey data about energy audits and energy-efficiency investments of some 12,500 signatures from EU28 Member States per year.
It suggests that:
- Energy audits are a useful tool for overcoming the information barriers and facilitating investments in energy-efficiency measures

Its objective was to study behavior and interactions among individuals and their impact on energy efficiency and climate change mitigation.

The next CA EPBD plenary meeting will be hosted in Riga. At this meeting, national delegates will discuss the EPBD implementation, and in particular some of the new elements from the amendment of the EPBD that was adopted in 2018.

The first stakeholder meeting of the EPBD Article 19a feasibility study will take place in Brussels on 24 June 2019.
The feasibility study is a one-year contract awarded by the European Commission, following Article 19a of EPBD Directive (EU) 2018/844 which amended Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings and Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency.

Deep ecological retrofit of two Victorian townhouses

This Victorian property in the centre of Chorlton had spent many years serving as 5 apartments. During this time many original features had been lost. The proposal is to return to the original use of two semi-detached homes and reinstate the beautiful original façade.

This yearly publication presents the progress of a portfolio of 174 European research projects aiming at developing new technologies for energy efficient buildings. 110 projects have been co-funded within the EeB PPP under the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) from 2010 to 2013 and 64 projects under the Horizon 2020 Programme (H2020) between 2014 and 2018.
