In the center of the "Poblenou" neighborhood of Barcelona, the "Koh" restaurant has been renovated, following the EnerPhit / Passivhaus protocol. Reaching a height of 160 meters, the Paris Court covers an area of approximately 110,000 m² and accommodates up to 8,800 people per day.
The large rectangular atrium develops over the entire height of the base, up to 28 meters. This space is completed by two smaller atriums to the south and north, connected to the ground floor by a large longitudinal corridor through the entire base, from north to south, for 160 meters.
