As a journalist working for the publication Nature, I am also interested in carbon emissions reductions targets for existing building stock given that a large proportion of emissions come from buildings. Examples of national or other targets are welcome by Christmas/end December. Should there be specific targets and if they are not in place, what is preventing this?
