EFH Plattner – Mieming (Austria)

Share this Post:

The 3-storey detached house was completed in 2019 and was built as a mixed construction (solid / wood).

The basis for the planning is an energy-efficient and ecological construction, which ensures a sustainable lifestyle with low energy consumption and associated minimum energy costs.

The heating of the object takes place via an air heat pump. The installation of a comfort ventilation ensures fresh, healthy air.

The outstandingly low levels of energy demand and consequential CO2 emissions have made it achieve the Bronze status of the Austrian klimaaktiv criteria.
