14. International Passive House Conference 2010

This year’s conference focuses on themes such as Passive House activities in Central and Eastern Europe, energy efficiency inside buildings (electrical appliances suitable for Passive Houses) and local economic added-value through this building standard. Furthermore, the conference will emphasize Passive House research and development news with a focus on non-residential buildings.
Neutral platform for planners and manufacturersBrand new product developments from many well-known manufacturers can be seen at next year’s Passive House Exhibition. The leading Passive House trade show addresses not only planners, architects and engineers but also the needs of people wishing to build, who can gather comprehensive information from around 100 Exhibitors and also at the Exhibitor’s Forum, which will be organized by IG Passivhaus Deutschland. This independent information community offers its members first-hand research results concerning Passive House and contributes significantly with its long-term public presence for the spreading of this high efficient building standard. Its work has lead to increasing sales for producers and to the development and promotion of efficient products. The wide range of recently developed Passive House components and new solutions will be presented to visitors and conference attendees at the Forum.
