Passive houses can be successfully built in Romania

A passive house has a fuel consumption for heating / cooling up to 15 kWh per square meter per year and total primary energy consumption for all consumers in the home must not exceed the value of 120 kWh per square meter per year. In Romania only two projects have been certified as passive houses so far, including the project mentioned.
