This is a new building which is home to the Mouvement Écologique Centre (Ecological Movement), known as MECO. In terms of layout, the building houses the centre's offices along with the associated facilities (administrative offices, meeting room, archives, brasserie). The first floor is for the general public, with a library and open spaces for the public.

This former café, which is a listed historical building, has been renovated as a multi-use building containing a grocer's shop with light refreshments, a holiday accommodation and a flat.

LuxBuild2020 is the Luxembourg project of the European BUILD UP Skills initiative to train and qualify the blue collar workers of the construction sector in order to guarantee the execution of the 2020 goals in energy efficiency and renewable energies.   The actions of LuxBuild have been developed in the national roadmap developed under pillar I. These actions consist of two types:

The Neobuild Innovation Centre (NIC) is a ground-breaking, showcase building. This building incorporates a number of innovative processes and materials in its construction. In addition, it is a Living Lab where a variety of different materials, products and installations can be tested and monitored. Manufacturers can also introduce their state of art solutions in order to test them under real-world operating conditions and receive feedback from users.
