The ZERO-PLUS project has developed a method and accompanying tools to provide an overarching solution to the barriers for the successful construction of new residential Net Zero Energy Settlements (NZES).

re-MODULEES is a project funded under the EU's Horizon 2020 programme, having as an overall aim the creation of the EU-wide retrofit market activation framework in the residential building sector, supported by digital and physical Renovation Hubs at the member state and EU level. The re-MODULEES project officially started on 1 November 2020, and its kick-off meeting took place on 4 & 5 November.
