This report is the first output of the GlobalABC “adaptation” working group, launched at COP24 in Katowice.   During the Global- ABC meeting in Rabat in October 2018, the representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco and GlobalABC members expressed their mutual wish to see the challenges of climate change adaptation and the benefits of initiatives in the real-estate, building, and construction sector be put in the spotlight, as up until now they have not been given due attention.

European Member States have different legislation in place and systems to run Energy performance certificate (EPC) schemes. X-tendo proposes conceptual approaches for features combining new ideas with existing methods to work towards developing innovative indicators that could be tested and integrated into the EPC schemes of the implementing countries.
