KfW IPEX-Bank provides the financing for the refurbishment of public buildings in Braunschweig under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The agreements between the City of Braunschweig, HOCHTIEF and KfW IPEX-Bank have been signed yesterday. During the construction period of around three-years KfW IPEX-Bank will provide a total loan volume of EUR 67.2 million. HOCHTIEF will use the funds for the refurbishment of altogether nine schools, three day nurseries and two sports halls that all require urgent rehabilitation and the new construction of one additional building.
