Two-storey semi-detached passive house is developed by Veikmė company . The house has a combined heating system. Some of the heat will be supplied by air heating system, the other part - reserve floor heating is fitted indoor perimeter of the external walls. For heating a condensing gas boiler is installed. For domestic hot water a solar collectors are installed on the roof of garage. The building ventilation system performs ventilation and air heating functions. Water is supplied from the local settlement wells.
