Od stycznia 2017 r. wartości dopuszczalnych wskaźników EP dla nowobudowanych budynków oraz niektórych współczynników U dla przegród zewnętrznych budynków uległy zmianie, zgodnie z przepisami rozporządzenia nowelizującego rozporządzenie w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie, które weszło w życie 1 stycznia 2014 r. (Dz. U. z 2013 r. Poz. 926).

W przypadku braku danych od wytwórcy lub dostawcy nośnika energii lub energii, podczas wyznaczania jednostkowej wielkości emisji CO2 przyjmuje się wartości wskaźnika emisji CO2 (We) opracowywane na rok sporządzenia świadectwa przez Krajowy Ośrodek Bilansowania i Zarządzania Emisjami. Wartości wskaźnika są dostępne na stronie Krajowego Ośrodka.

38,5% of energy savings in CUBE 2020? It's possible.   The building Quai Vendeuvre won the grand prize of the energy savings contest CUBE 2020 in 2016. While the 3rd edition of the contest just started, let’s ask the IFPEB’s director Cedric Borel about the score of the second edition’s winner, who made 38,5% of energy savings within a year!  You said 38,5%, really? How is that possible?   Marguerite Dornier: You said 38,5%, right? It’s huge, isn’t it?

Numerous German and Polish municipalities are taking pioneering action for the climate and, thus also, for the implementation of the Paris Agreement. More than 800 Polish municipalities have applied for funding for the development of low-carbon growth plans. The German Environment Ministry (BMUB) is involved in expanding advisory assistance services for these municipalities. At the moment, the BMUB is supporting two projects that facilitate German-Polish exchange at local and regional level through the establishment of climate action city partnerships, among other initiatives.

The project SOWA Nieborowska consisted of the refurbishment of the public lighting along the street Nieborowska in Gdansk (Illuminated area: 20,437 m²). The project was triggered by the willingness to improve safety and security by upgrading the street lighting. Initially it was planned to exchange the lighting to sodium lamps with lower capacity. However, this solution was replaced with LED lamps due to innovation and higher energy savings of LED technology.
